Terms and Conditions PetPawa – Complete Platform User Guide

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" or "petpawa" refers to the petpawa.net website, iOS and Android mobile apps, and all services provided through those platforms.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account with PetPawa and uses the platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member using valid identification details.
• "Funds" refers to cash or credits stored in a Member's account on the PetPawa platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any incentive, free credits, free spins, or other financial benefits granted by PetPawa to Members.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer process — identity verification required by PetPawa before processing a withdrawal.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the PetPawa platform without exception, including visitors without an account who access public website content.

To register and use PetPawa's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and at all times when using the platform.
• An individual acting on their own behalf, not on behalf of any company or third party.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not appearing on any list of persons prohibited from using online gambling services by any relevant authority.
• Opening an account and making deposits using legitimately obtained funds that are not derived from any illegal activity.

Every Member is only permitted to hold one active account at PetPawa at all times. Owning multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The registered name must exactly match the name on your official identification document for KYC and withdrawal processing purposes.
• Account passwords are the Member's sole responsibility. petpawa will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the Member's failure to safeguard their password.
• A petpawa account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact the petpawa support team immediately via live chat.

PetPawa accepts deposits via approved payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed automatically once confirmed by the payment provider.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and the Member's membership tier.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• All withdrawal requests require the KYC process to be completed first. Required documents include a valid identity card and proof of payment method.
• PetPawa processes withdrawals within 15 to 30 minutes once the request has been verified and approved by our finance team.
• PetPawa reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraud or money laundering until the investigation is completed.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Members as specified in the terms of each promotion.

• Only one deposit bonus may be activated per deposit transaction. The bonus must be activated before deposits are made for legitimate purposes.

• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash and cannot be transferred between accounts.

All games available on the PetPawa platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited by an accredited independent body. The outcome of every game is final and cannot be contested.

• Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. petpawa provides game information within the interface of each title.
• In the event of a technical failure or disruption during a game session, PetPawa will endeavour to restore the game state to its condition prior to the disruption. However, PetPawa does not guarantee full recovery in all circumstances.
• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled. Members are fully responsible for every bet placed.
• The RTP (Return to Player) values displayed are theoretical long-term figures provided by the game suppliers and are not a guarantee of actual returns for any individual session.

Members agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the petpawa platform:

• Registering or using more than one account for yourself or on behalf of another person.

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any activity that may constitute fraud, money laundering, or financing illegal activities through the platform.

• Using a petpawa account for business purposes, currency exchange, or any commercial activity without written consent from petpawa.

PetPawa is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all Members. The use of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy us, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Personal data collected during registration and platform use is used solely for account management, transaction processing, and identity verification.
• PetPawa uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between Members' devices and our servers.
• Member data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the Member's consent.
• PetPawa may share Member data with legitimate authorities when required by law or to investigate fraudulent activity.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PetPawa shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of game outcomes, including losses arising from technical failures beyond PetPawa's control.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, platform updates, or force majeure circumstances.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to a Member's account caused by the Member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Petpawa's total liability to any Member shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Members may request account closure at any time through the petpawa support team. Valid funds (after deducting any bonuses with pending rollover requirements) will be returned to the Member within a reasonable timeframe.

PetPawa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmed fraud, system manipulation, or bonus exploitation.
• Failure to pass the KYC check within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected use of illicit funds or money laundering activity.
• Voluntary account closure request by a Member for responsible gaming reasons.

• PetPawa provides deposit limit, wagering limit, and loss limit tools that Members can set themselves through their account.
• Members who feel that gaming is beginning to affect their lives may apply for voluntary self-exclusion for a set period or permanently.
• Anyone under 18 years of age or identified as a problem gambler will not be accepted as a petpawa Member.
• PetPawa may apply additional account restrictions based on internal assessment if indicators of concerning gaming activity are detected.

PetPawa reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion.

• Any material changes will be communicated to Members via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before the effective date, except in emergency situations.
• Continued use of the PetPawa platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes the Member's agreement to be bound by the updated terms.
• Members who disagree with any changes made are entitled to close their account before the effective date of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism established by PetPawa.
